•  Gait Scan:  On top of our standard gait analysis and foot assessment, we also provide Gait Scan service.  This involves the scanning of your feet during standing and walking to analyze what your feet doing digitally by the computer, to obtain more accurate analytic data which can be difficult to pick up at times by visual assessment of gait.  This will help to identify the cause of problem especially in complex foot condition involving knee, hip or even lower back pain.  If needed, the analytic data can be sent to one of the largest orthotics manufacturers in the world to get a pair of completely customised orthotics made for you.  The orthotics will be adjusted, if required, within the first three months for your complete satisfaction.  All orthotics carry a life time warranty.  The orthortics can be made to suit any type of shoes you preferred.  You can also purchase from a wide ranges of shoes and sandals with the customised orthotics built into the shoes or sandals.

Massage:

•  15 minutes $24

Gait Scan (computerised biomechanical analysis)

•  $40 (20 minutes) - detailed feet assessment and a take home report included

•  Customised orthotics $300 with life time warranty (private health claim benefit depending your private health funds)

•  Shoes or sandals with customised orthotics built in - sandals $375 and shoes $400

Please note:

•  10% off standard fee for full time students and 15% off for pensioners (except home visit), with presentation of a valid identification card.  (Apply to physiotherapy only)

•  Emergency appointment (on Sunday and public holidays) incurs a $40 call-in fee on top of the standard consultation fees.

•  For MBF members, Membercare benefits apply.  For Medibank Private members, Members Choice benefits apply.  For HBA members, Members First benefits apply.

•  For Medicare EPC referral, bulk bill on the spot with your Medicare card.

•  Private health fund claims available on the spot. (Only Medibank Private for Chinese Medicine.  With other private health funds, a receipt will be given for claiming.)

•  As massage service is part of physiotherapy service, private health claim benefit for massage is under the physiotherapy category. 

Clients are expected to pay the full consultation fee by the end of each visit. In circumstance where Health Point service is unavailable, clients are still expected to pay the full consultation fee and then claim the refund from their own private health funds.

When treatment on a different body part, a different injury or a different condition, is carried out, initial consultation fee applies for that session. If the same body part or condition has not been treated at this clinic for more than 3 months, initial consultation fee applies.
